Our Integrated Glazing Line is a control system for the standard glazing line, developed by FORO since 1991. It is grounded on distributed control concepts and its main values regarding to the glazing process are:

Estas tres premisas, fundamentales tanto para el control de una línea o sus diferentes tramos o máquinas, como para las reproducción de las condiciones de producción de un modelo de azulejo determinado configuran nuestro sistema como uno de los instrumentos mas completos de gestión de las líneas de esmaltado.

These three features, which are essential for the glazing line control (or even its sections or machines) as well as for the reproduction of the production parameters of a certain model of tile define our system as one of the most complete managing instruments for the glazing lines.

Our SF 47-66 silk-screen printing machine has been in the market for some time. Despite that fact we continue to offer it in this section because of its fatures and demand, not yet surpassed by any other existing silk-screen printing machine

Our long experience in developing silk-screen printers has enabled us to develop a machine capable of overcoming all the usual inconveniences in this decorating process. A maximum margin of error of ± 0,1mm. at its top working speed and its highly stable mechanics, together with its low maintenance in the more than 500 already installed unities make us feel proud of this machine.

Motorised elevator table: This mechanism allows to alternate the incoming of tiles from two different transport lines or make the opposite operation without varying the working heigth. IMAGE>>

By-pass rotative deorating machine: This installation makes possible to bypass any rotative decorating machine, allowing the tiles to flow while any task is carried out in the rotative machine (model preparation, cleaning, maintenance, tests).

Tile shifter for rotative decorating machine: It allows to displace the entering point of a rotative machine , taking advance of the whole printing area, avoiding differential wear off areas and obtaining a higher variability of patterns. After the rotative machine tiles are put back to the transport line axis. IMAGE>>

Mechanical elevation system for the granulatd glaze machine:
Recirculation mechanism for the granulated glaze application based in an articulated arm and a mast, not yet shown in our web. IMAGE>>
