\n– Cabin of different dimensions with entrance from 1100 mm up to 2100 mm, and possibility of assembling from 4 to 6 sprayguns. Its structure is isolated from the line and it has a high slope bottom with two drains and an aspiration system.
\n\u00b7 Anti-vibration double column gantryframe for higher stability.
\n\u00b7 Upper translation axis with high precision lateral guides and servocontrolled brushless motor.
\n\u00b7 Control panel with PLC and touchscreen for work parameters programming and recipe management.
\nThe machine calculates automatically the nozzles translation speed on the basis of the desired weight of the applied product inserted by the operator.

– Highly stable, anti-vibration double-column gantry.<\/p>\n
– Upper travel axis with high-precision side guides and servo-controlled brushless motor.<\/p>\n
– Control panel with PLC and touch screen for programming parameters for recipe control. The machine automatically calculates the translation speed of the airless nozzles, only asking the operator to adjust the weight of the product.<\/p>\n
For greater control of the application, this machine can be manufactured in a version with independently driven axes.<\/p>\n
