FELT UPPER HORIZONTAL BRUSH F-600

Horizontal brush with upper felt-made roller to be placed at the dryer’s exit in order to eliminate irregularities in the upper part of the tile produced by repressing (pressing of lumps, burrs and other rests of previous pressingsremaining in the press moulds).
Equipped with elastic coupling between the motor and the roller’s shaft.
The roller’s elevation is done with stainless steel dovetail guides andmanual adjustment with transmission between both sides to achieve a full parallel positioning.
The roller’s substitution is done easily by disassembling the bearing holding plate opposite to the motor.
It includes aspiration casing with two 60mm connection outlets to minimize dust pollution.
