CLEAN BELT system for belts protection

Belt protection system to be placed in the same bell or pressurized glaze application section. This protection system’s blades are self-removed when the tile passes, allowing its normal glazing. This involves a lesser glaze staining on the bottom of the tile and thus on the kiln rollers.
This system includes an encoder + photocell system which is located in the same section than the glaze-fall in order to activate the system. Its control board allows a number of options, being the most important:
– Anti-pudding: If the line stops, this system does not allow that a tile stays below the glazefall.
– Photocell blocking: If a bigger measure than the biggest allowed tile is taken by the photocell, the section will stop and provide an alarm signal to avoid fouling.
– Broken tile blocking: If the photocell takes a smaller measure than the smallest allowed tile, the section will stop and provide an alarm signal to prevent any problem.
– Weight historic: The machine will store manually taken weights (Warning: the system acts only as a support for the externally obtained data).
