Cooling booth for ceramic tiles POLAR

This machine allows to reduce temperature and humidity of tiles before printing.
Its structure is made of galvanized and powder painted carbon steel. The parts in contact with the cooling air on the internal side are covered with special insulating materials.
Tile transport by belts. Refrigerating unit integrated on the machine with On/ Off compressor. Internal steel-made centrifugal fan. External axial cooling fan for compressor. Two battery units, one for evaporating and one for condensing.
Air filter made of corrugated synthetic filtering fibre, antistatic, G2 class. Air blower made in carbon steel, galvanized and painted, with special design to fully cover the ceramic pieces during its whole pass.
Its design assures the blowing of the 100% of the tiles surface along their transit along the machine.
