Horizontal stainless steel double brush group F-110/F-130

Its function is to brush the upper and lower surface of big format pieces with cylindrical modular brushes.
Its frame, carter and main pieces are made of AISI-304 stainless steel. The brush height regulation system assures a uniform elevation from both sidea which is done from the operator’s side. Individual geared motor drive for each of the brushes, with no transmission elements to take care of or replace.
The replacement of the brush sectors is done from the operator’s side in a simple and fast way just by disassembling the bushing plates.
Equipped with 5 Ø80 mm aspiration intakes.
Robust construction to avoid vibrations while functioning.
Upper carter manual lifting with the help of 4 gas pistons.
It includes 20 mm. wide lower guides for the belts to minimize the non-brushed lower area of the tile.
