Grits application machine with mechanic elevation F-130

Machine designed to apply grits (granular shaped dry glaze) in an homogeneous way on big format tiles through an engraved roller. It allows to join a grits suction device with automatic recovery for applications with previous glue application.
The internal regulation of the applied amount is done by two means: Manual variation of the curtain opening and applying roller speed variation through its inverter. Additionally, the speed of the tile transporting belts can also be changed. This triple regulation allows the application of a wide range of grammages, from a very light shiny or matte applications to a some millimetres thick applications for a later polishing.
The machine includes an automatic system of recovery and recycling of the extra grits through the lower collection hopper, being this material obtained and elevated to the upper side, combining the following advantages:
• Elimination of any wear and high maintenance costs of a cup elevating system.
• Elimination of high maintenance and energetic cost of a suction elevation through pump.
• Elimination of disaggregation of different granulometry particles, that can not be avoided in pneumatic or cup elevation.
The refilling can be done either manually or through an optional big bag unloading set to the lower hopper.
Its electric board contains 4 inverters, 36inputs/24outputs programming PLCs, a 3.5” touchscreen and a safety relay.
Its safety installation is complete with a safety microswitch.
