F-90 grid compenser for 75 tiles

Conceived as a regulation buffer in transport and glazing lines, storing the pieces that have not yet arrived to the decorating machines.
It consists of an independent frame, brake-motor of 2 HP and 2 worm reducers with pre-reduction. Capacity for 75 pieces.
Suitable for all sizes from 35×35 up to 45×90. Easy access to change rollers, belts and rods. Usable passage between rods of 21 mm.
The chain tensioning and rolling system in the lower part of the compenser has been designed to avoid jamming problems.
