GALAXY MAXI high pressure airless-jet glazing system

Three-head airless pump, designed to apply glazes, crystalline, water, fixative and highly abrasive materials such as grits.

It s composed of:
– Three-piston pumping body with cam-based internal rotor.
-Sphere valve system with wear-resistant seat.
– Argon-charged pulsation compensator to maintain the pressure stable.
– 2,2 kW geared motor.
– 6 exit set Vasfer type.
– Piston-membrane coupling to prevent eventual pollution of the glaze, assuring high pressure level and consistent supply.
– Flow management made by threephase inverter including electronic transducer-based automatic control for pressure drops that can be visualized in the inverter display.
– Stainless-steel made electric board.
– Stainless steel carrier frame with 2 revolving and 2 fixed wheels.
