Stainless steel cabin for airless applications with motioned sprayguns for big format BIG COVER

Mobile airless application system of glazes, engobes and cystaline on big tile formats, built in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The system includes:
– Cabin of different dimensions with entrance from 1100 mm up to 2100 mm, and possibility of assembling from 4 to 6 sprayguns. Its structure is isolated from the line and it has a high slope bottom with two drains and an aspiration system.
· Anti-vibration double column gantryframe for higher stability.
· Upper translation axis with high precision lateral guides and servocontrolled brushless motor.
· Control panel with PLC and touchscreen for work parameters programming and recipe management.
The machine calculates automatically the nozzles translation speed on the basis of the desired weight of the applied product inserted by the operator.
This machine has the possibility of being manufactured in its independently moving axis version for a higher application control on big formats.
