Tile batch breaker
Piece of equipment to be placed at the drier’s exit, which allows to regulate the tile flow by unifying the distance between tiles and reducing the space between packs.
Its operation is based on one (or more) couples of independent belt sets that admit alternatively the packs of tiles and release them onto the line at a regular distance between them.
Its length and number of toothed belts suit the length of the drier’s exit and all the formats it must regulate.
It is composed of an adjustable frame, two geared motors for the pulling of various sets of toothed belts with beehive cover and an electric board with two CPU-controlled inverters.
