Sections for the transport and glazing of vertical clinker

The standard  module has a length of 3,070 mm. This measure, as well as the height and inclination of the same may change depending on the project needs.
Additionally, pivoting sections can be supplied in order to allow the pass of forklifts; wheel equipped sections can be also supplied to allow its removing during maintenance works or even heavy works that involve the pass of trucks or cranes.
The standard sections have the
following characteristics:
– Frame and constructive elements made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
– Driving and forwarding rollers made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
– Transport band with double centering side-belt, that slides on a glass surface. Tensioning system of the band which provides an easy replacement.
– Band cleaning scraper with tensing system and collecting tray at the beginning of each section.
– Traction provided by a 0.75 Kw orthogonal gearbox and vulcanised drum.
